I even almost broke down into tears (after spending over an hour switching back and forth between trying to mess with the limited menu setting on the TV and scrolling through numerous other websites, looking for ANY info that might be helpful) because he went through so much trouble (and money) getting it for me because I've wanted a new TV for so long. Purchased a Polaroid tv Target on july, for my elderly sick husband. But within minutes of turning it on I was extremely disappointed. I was so excited when I first got this TV as a gift from my husband. Just "Customer service" and then a website, email and phone number. Here's our number and our hours of operation. Hopefully I have more luck talking to an actual person, though my hopes are set extremely low at this point. I just wanted help so I could enjoy my gift! Someone sent me back a very unprofessional email simply listing the site (which I was already on and which offered ZERO help), an email (that I had already emailed and got this ridiculous response from) and a phone number (which I plan to call tomorrow). Even emailed their "customer service" asking if they could help me navigate through the menu and try to fix these issues. And my Google Home mini (that's supposed to work with my TV, because of the Chromecast) can't communicate with the TV. (And because the third time is a charm, I will again mention that I had no problems with my soundbar and subwoofer hooked up to my old TV).
